Late Arrivals:
Our office closes at 6:00 p.m Monday - Friday and at 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. It is absolutely imperative that you call our office in advance to make arrangements for late check-ins.
For your health and safety all of our accommodations are NON-SMOKING.
Pets are not permitted in most of our properties! Not that we do not like pets, we just don't like their fleas, no matter how careful their owners might be. If you bring a pet into a unit despite our warning, you will be liable for a substantial extra charge and asked to leave.
We do have a few select properties that will take a small pet. Please call for more information.
Each property is privately owned. The owners have taken care to completely furnish and equip them for your comfort and enjoyment. Bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. Furnishings cannot be taken out of the unit! We ask that you care for your unit as you would want a guest to care for your own home.
We are not a hotel. In order to keep rental rates economical, all rentals are on a "self-serve" basis. Daily maid service is not provided (unless you pay extra). If you need fresh towels or linens, most of our units have washers and dryers for your convenience. You take care of moving your luggage, doing the dishes, and taking the trash out in plastic bags (please) to the nearby trash chute. Our self-service policy means you can rent at reasonable, family vacation rates. A starter set of soap and toilet paper is provided in each rental.
Each property is equipped with a completely furnished kitchen, with refrigerators/freezer and icemaker, self-cleaning oven, disposal, dishwasher, central heat & air conditioning, color cable television, linens, cooking utensils, glassware, flatware and appliances. Most have washers and dryers and microwave ovens.
To make reservations, call our Central Reservation Department at 1-800-521-9657 or book your reservation online. *A reservations deposit of $500 is required and will be applied towards your rent. We will accept Visa or Master Card. Deposits are collected on every unit rented, all year round. Reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Please send your personal check payable to Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. Quoted rates do not include daily maid or linen service. Daily maid service is available upon request at reasonable rates based on unit size. (Sorry! No refunds for early departures).
Monthly rentals consist of four weeks (28 nights).
Cancellation Policy: Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, all prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 90-days prior to your arrival. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $85 cancellation fee.
