Directions

Whether by land or by air, getting to New Smyrna Beach area is a breeze. The coastal town is a leisurely drive, not to mention the closest beach, from the Orlando attractions. From here, you can visit the theme parks, then retreat to more serene surroundings. New Smyrna Beach is a short drive from the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral and just 20 minutes south of the World’s Most Famous Beach – Daytona Beach.

From Orlando via I-4:
1.  Take I-4 East to the New Smyrna Beach, Exit 118
2.  Take a left at the light and go East on S.R. 44
3.  Follow S.R. 44 into New Smyrna Beach
4.  As you drive over the second bridge the road turns into 3rd Avenue
5.  3rd Avenue will change into S. Atlantic as the road curves to the right
6.  Follow S. Atlantic to our office, 3500 S. Atlantic Avenue, Ocean Properties Building

From Orlando International Airport 
1.  Take the Bee Line Expressway East (Toll Road - 528) (30 miles)*
2.  Take Interstate-95 North (37 miles)
3.  Continue North to Exit 249 - State Road 44
4.  Continue East on S.R. 44 into New Smyrna Beach (4 miles)


To Disney from New Smyrna Beach
1.  Take S.R. 44 West to Interstate-95 South
2.  Continue on I-95 South (37 miles)
3.  Take the Beachline Expressway West (Toll Road - 528) (30 miles)
3.  Get on Interstate-4 - (Beachline dead ends onto I-4)
4.  Look for the Walt Disney World signs




From Orlando, Tampa and Orlando-Sanford International Airport
1.  Take State Road 415 North
2.  State Road 44 East
3.  East on S.R. 44 into New Smyrna Beach

From Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach International Airport
1.  Turn Left onto US-92 - International Speedway Blvd. (2 miles)
2.  Take Interstate-95 South (20 miles)
3.  South to Exit #249A State Road 44 East
4.  East on S.R. 44 into New Smyrna Beach

From Interstate-75 Southbound from Georgia Border
1.  Take Interstate-75 South
2.  South to Interstate-10 East
3.  East to Interstate-95 South
4.  South to Exit #249A State Road 44 East
5.  East on S.R. 44 into New Smyrna Beach
